Refund Policy

At Primera Source Consulting, we strive to deliver high-quality, client-focused services. Due to the nature of our work—including assessments, technical support, and customized deliverables—refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Non-refundable services: Once a service has been initiated (e.g., vulnerability scans, consultations, or deliverable development), it is considered non-refundable.

  • Prepaid packages: If a client cancels a prepaid engagement before work begins, a partial refund may be issued minus administrative fees.

  • Missed appointments: Refunds are not issued for missed or canceled appointments without 24-hour notice.

 

2. Digital Deliverables

  • Custom reports, templates, and onboarding kits are non-refundable once delivered, due to their tailored nature.

  • If a deliverable is incomplete or contains errors, we will revise it at no additional cost.

 

3. Disputes and Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concern and offer a resolution, which may include:

  • A service revision

  • A partial refund (if applicable)

  • Credit toward future services
